Is Taiwan a developed country? We’ll let you be the judge of that. Taiwan actually has a lot more merits than you might have guessed:

1. 台灣沒有槍枝氾濫的問題，但已開發國家的美國每年有超過11,000人死於槍枝暴力謀殺。
1. There’s no such thing as proliferation of guns in Taiwan; where as more than 11,000 people die from gun violence every year in the United States.

6. 台北以14.9%的旅客成長率摘下全球第一，成長率領先東京。

7. 台積電的晶圓代工市占率53.7%，為世界第一，遠遠贏過第三名的美國格羅方德9.4％。

8. 台大醫院執行過的葉克膜換心手數量為504例，高於亞洲其他團隊，排名第二的韓國團隊案例為400多例。

9. 幸好，台灣總統的最低民調9.2%還不是世界最低，俄羅斯的葉爾欽只有8%。
